Thier is no minimum to the number of employess you can outsource with Onpoint. We handle the customer service needs for the single dentist office to the national service provider. Our goal is not just to assist larger corperations with thier outsourcing need but to intergrate with small and upcoming businesses and grow with them.
How can I as the client ensure that the work is beeing done to standard?
Onpoint offers out clients full transparency when it comes on to the work that is beeing done on thier behalf. Through a veriety of mechanisms we give our clients the ability to listen to any phone call either live or recorded, and also to monitor the performace of each individual employee using what is known as K.P.I (key proformance indicators). Adjust introductory phrases and standards of customer interactions as they see fit.
